Each one of us has been gifted with the ability to heal ourselves and others. The more deeply we are connected to this gift, the more we can help one another.

We’ve all been around people who make us feel better by just their presence or kindness. Or maybe we’ve been somewhere and seen a person’s kind and loving smile that helped us feel better, or we know a dog or cat who always comes to sit in our lap when we’re feeling sad or ill. These are all encounters with different types of healers and never forget that each of us can be a healer to someone else.

People sometimes say, “well, I don’t really believe in all that” or “that’s against my religious views” - and that’s absolutely fine. There is never any obligation for anyone to buy into anything they don’t believe in.

But the good thing is that when you spend time with a healer, you end up feeling better whether you believe in it or not. So perhaps it’s better if we just call this type of healing by its true name: love.

I offer love in this way during my sessions. It is unconditional, it is wide, and it is palpable.
